Flowra Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE YOU PUBLISH]

Flowra is a personal AI assistant. This policy explains what Flowra stores, why, who helps process it, and how you can delete it. Flowra is operated by [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY], [YOUR CITY, COUNTRY]. Contact: [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL].

What Flowra stores

Photos, camera frames and screen images you show Flowra are sent to the AI to answer you and are not stored.

What Flowra never stores

Flowra blocks passwords, PINs, verification codes, card and bank account numbers and secret keys. Messages that look like these are not sent to the AI or saved, and such details are hidden from documents before the AI reads them.

Who helps run Flowra

We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your email with unrelated services.

Why we use it

Only to provide Flowra's features to you: replying, remembering what you asked it to remember, reminding you, and keeping your chats and files.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Each person's data is protected by database rules so only their own signed-in account can read or change it. The AI key stays on our server and is never sent to your device.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your data stays until you delete it. In Flowra you can delete single messages, chats, memories, reminders, notes, plans, files and documents. Settings → Delete my data erases all of them and keeps your account. Settings → Delete account permanently deletes your account and everything in it.

Delete your account without the app: open Flowra at [YOUR FLOWRA WEB ADDRESS] in any browser, sign in, open Settings and tap Delete account twice. Or email [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] from your account's email address and we will delete it within 30 days.

Children

Flowra is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
